Overvekt og fedme

Overvekt og fedme blir vanligvis definert ved hjelp av kroppsmasseindeks (KMI/BMI). Studier viser at omtrent hver femte voksen person i Norge har en kroppsmasseindeks (KMI) på mer enn 30, som er definisjonen på fedme.
