Søvnløshet

Søvnløshet er når man har problemer med å sovne, med å opprettholde søvnen, eller har problem med for tidlig oppvåkning. Går mangelen på søvn ut over funksjonen på dagtid, lider man av sykelig søvnmangel - insomni.

Omtrent hver tredje person opplever søvnen som utilfredsstillende.
