Leppe-kjeve-gane-spalte

Leppe-kjeve-gane-spalte er en misdannelse som forekommer hos ca. 2 av 1000 nyfødte barn. Tilstanden skaper problemer med amming, tannutvikling og ofte hyppige ørebetennelser. Disse barna må gjennom flere operasjoner, og de følges av behandlingsteam gjennom hele oppveksten.
