Cervikogen hodepine er hodepine som sitter på den ene siden av hodet, og der man finner holdepunkter for at smertene stammer fra beinstrukturer eller bløtvev i nakken.

Ved behandling av cervikogen hodepine kan avspenning og fysisk aktivitet bidra til å forebygge anfall.
