Spenningshodepine

Spenningshodepine er den vanligste hodepinetypen. I de fleste tilfeller opptrer den som kortvarige episoder med hodepine, men i noen tilfeller blir tilstanden mer hyppig eller kronisk.

Spenningshodepine kan behandles med blant annet avspenningsteknikker, fysisk aktivitet og ved å sørge for nok søvn.
