Panikkangst

Panikkangst er en tilstand der du plutselig får anfall med intens frykt. Et slikt panikkanfall har symptomer som hjertebank, skjelving, pustevansker, brystsmerter, svimmelhet.

Kognitiv terapi er den best dokumentrete behandlingsformen ved panikkangst.
