Ménières sykdom

Ménières sykdom kjennetegnes av periodevise anfall av kraftig svimmelhet, kvalme og oppkast, øresus, og nedsatt hørsel  og trykkfølelse i det ene øret. Det finnes ingen helbredende behandling, men sykdommen brenner oftest ut etter noen år.

Ménières sykdom vil ved gjentatte anfall gradvis svekke hørselen.
