Betennelse i balansenerven (vestibularisnevritt)

Betennelse i balansenerven er kanskje bedre kjent som "virus på balansenerven", en tilstand som kan oppleves svært dramatisk på grunn av den plutselige, intense svimmelheten.

Betennelse i balansenerven kan gi svært intens svimmelhet særlig de første ett til to døgnene. Det hender at det er behov for innleggelse i sykehus disse dagene.  Illustrasjonsfoto: Colourbox
